Notre Dame, Indiana Engagement Photographers | May 4, 2013

I adore this couple and all their fun little quirks that make you fall in love with them when you first meet them. I was referred by my friend, Kate Podjan, as she had photographed his brother’s wedding only days before they moved to Detroit. I found out on Saturday that Tom’s brother and his wife had orginally contacted Chris & I for their wedding, but we were booked so I sent them to Kate. When Julia & Tom were ready to book, they asked Kate and she was booked so she sent them on to me. Kate and I will duking it out for the next brother in this 7 child family. 🙂

Anywhoo, this couple had some really crazy ideas as far as wanting to do a few awkward photos. I’ve never had that request before so while they were changing, I googled.. DON’T DO IT! DON’T EVER Google “Awkward Engagement Photos”, it will give you nightmares.. I happen to like Julia & Tom’s MUCH better. They may be awkward, but they are awkwardly adorable. 🙂
