When Emily first contacted me, she was doing some preliminary research prior to her engagement to Jordan as gift for him. I loved this idea because even though they weren’t officially engaged yet, they had already made the commitment to one another on a level that she wanted to surprise him with something that she knew he would absolutely love. If she didn’t win fiance of the year, well, that just wouldn’t be fair. I had to pull some major strings to get them onto the field and in the locker room (Thanks BA!!!) and at one point I was told that I couldn’t have a 100% go ahead until the week of in case the team needed the field. Understandable, but man I was freakin’. I could not have asked for better weather either. Even though it was overcast, it was PERFECT for a football field session. I had SOOOOOOOOO much fun on this session and am now a little sad that I’m not doing the wedding too because this couple’s connection is quite powerful and beautiful.
