It is no secret that I am in LOVE with South Haven and would move there is a heart beat if I could figure out how I would survive their harsh winters. However, I really wanted to do a nautical, tropical inspired stylized wedding that I would’ve done for my own wedding if Chris & I would’ve had a traditional wedding (we eloped). First of all, orange is my happy color. I absolutely LOVE orange, but I also equally love all shades of blue. I suppose because it reminds me of a beautiful, bold sunset over the blue ocean. This inspired me to bring in MichaelAngelo’s Events to do some really amazing floral and decor.
We’ll start this 3 part series with the Maritime Museum on a friend of the family’s beautiful sail boat. I love this area because it’s the perfect location to be able to get a bunch of sail boats, watch all the vessels go under the bridge and be able to see the Friends Good Will that set sail just as we were pulling in.
It was a hot day and sun was beating down on us, but Devren & Nathan nailed it. They worked their moves and we created magic.
