I imagine it was just like any other day hanging out with friends, celebrating life as a college student attending Notre Dame. I can also see them catching one another’s eyes because it didn’t take long for Chuck to ask Liz out on a date. Little did either of them know then that this would be their last “first date” either of them would go on. It’s a good thing they decided to make it a good one and stay past closing time. 🙂
It was a cold night in November, Chuck had drove to Chicago from Indianapolis to spend some time with Liz. The night was filled with big city romance. Dinner, ice skating at Millennium Park and a cold walk on the pier on Lake Michigan. The brisk 30 degree air didn’t stop him from being the hopeless romantic that he is. He got down on one knee and proposed to the love of his life.
Fast forward to their wedding day and you could just see the cartoon hearts flutter from his eyes when he looks at his new bride. Their day was nothing short of laughter, love and a great time. Ready to see?
Here comes your wife, Chuck. Doesn’t she look amazing?!?
Although Liz & Chuck wanted their image to reflect them more and less about Notre Dame, I was excited when the gave me permission to have a different view of the Golden Dome.
The couple that Starbucks together, stays together.
LOVE these flowers by Poppies by Polly. Such a beautiful bouquet.
Thank you for laying down in a field for me, you officially have won my heart. 😉
It’s a Pittsburg tradition to have a cookie table at the reception. My faves are the buckeyes.
It’s take real dedication to squeeze behind the cake table to get the shot. I figured, they laid down in a field for me. 🙂
Liz & Chuck, we had such an amazing time at your wedding and we cannot wait to share the rest of the images with you. May your life be filled with love and corny jokes. It’s the enjoyment get out of those two things that make all the difference in the world.
