It was a cold winter afternoon in a candy store filled with the most colorful candies and the perfect, playful atmosphere when Eric & Faith met for their first date. After a fun game, they decided whoever was the loser would make the other dinner. Eric, sweetly, lost and made dinner for the girl he was falling for.
In less than a year, Eric & Faith had developed a beautiful relationship that gave Eric the idea for the most romantic proposal. As they walked around a forest preserve and enjoying nature’s sounds, beauty and smells, Eric had another plan in play. As they walked out of the preserve, Faith noticed her car was gone and in it’s place was a stretch limo. The limo had one destination; to an airport where a pilot from a flight school took them up as the sun was setting. After landing, they skated around on longboards to the final destination. Awaiting them was a rusty, old pickup truck. They drove for a little while to a beautiful country church that was lit up to show off it’s majestic culture. Eric walked her down the aisle, got down on one knee and asked Faith to marry him. Of course, she said “YES!”.
There wedding was as fun, whimsical and adventurous as their relationship. On a perfect, Spring afternoon, Eric & Faith surrounded themselves with their closest friends and family with smiles on their faces that only beamed the true happiness that they bring to one another. The barn they chose was the perfect setting for a romantic, yet laid-back day. After sharing the afternoon together taking pictures, they headed to the barn to await their guests’ to arrive. As Faith walked down the aisle, Eric was surprised with a serenade where she sang to him “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri. As they pledged their love, they never stopped smiling.
Is there a way you can give me or find more information about the Ivy Road Barn? I’m not finding a website or a phone number. It looks beautiful! Thank you.
