I think it’s safe to say that pink is a favorite color palette in weddings. It’s soft, feminine and neutral. With current industry trends using a lot of pinks, beige, blush & gold in their overall aesthetic, it’s no wonder why so many brides are in love. It’s one of my personal favorites for 2 specific reasons: 1. It’s timeless. 2. It’s so obtainable for a perfectly elegant feel. Let’s talk specifics.
Flowers
I LOVE to see all of the different ways Brides use in pink in their bouquets and centerpieces. I can’t say that I see so much in the men’s boutonnières but never the less, they are an option. Some of my favorite pink flowers are roses, ranunculus, peonies & maybe some cattleya orchids if you want to use the pink as an accent.
Details
Let’s be real. Pink goes with everything. I have never seen pink used with another color that it didn’t work with. One trend right now that I hope sticks around for a little while is the metal accents. I love seeing tarnished gold votive holders, rose gold candle stick holders and even gold glitter table clothes. You go modern, elegant or rustic using pink and metal accents.
Dresses
Of course, a Bride would be nowhere without her squad so it’s no wonder why she dresses her tribe in beautifully tailored pink dresses. Some of my favorites are Adrianna Papell, Bill Levkoff & Lula Kate.
Beautiful, I love the blush trend
