The day couldn’t have been better. The sun was shining, the temperature was perfect, and the sun was setting during the joining of their lives together. It was the most beautiful way to start their journey into marriage together.
With moms, sisters, and cousins in her room with her, Emily eagerly got ready for her Tish before the ceremony. She was smiling and laughing and couldn’t wait to see her future husband. She zipped into her lace dress, buckled up her strappy shoes and grabbed her veil as she headed down to be with the most important women in her life.
Friends since the stroller days, Aaron got ready with his best friend. His best man helped him make sure he was dapper and ready for his bride. Once he was ready, he headed down to his Tish and grabbed a drink with all the men in his life that has helped shaped who he is today.
During their individual Tish’s, Aaron & Emily spent time with friends and family before Aaron came into her room to veil his bride, Bedeken, and sign the Ketubah. His eyes lit up when he walked in and saw her for the first time. It was beautiful.
Once their guests took their seats under the tent, their bridal party made their way down the aisle. Finally, it was time for Emily to head down the aisle and marry Aaron, but not before she surprised him by serenading him with the song “Marry Me” by Train. Neither one of them could stop smiling the entire ceremony. From circling one another to the Yichud, they were the happiest people in the world.
Their reception was the perfect amount of elegance and intimate. Each table was adorned with silver linens, candles and beautiful garden flowers in white, coral and blue. The mood was made as the sun set and the lights twinkled as they fell from the ceiling and the river light installation danced with colors along the water.
